Elsada Duncan, an unvalidated supercentenarian thought to have been the oldest person alive who'd been born in Jamaica, has died.  She was 111.  Duncan was a resident of Milton, Georgia at the time of the her death.

It's no secret that Alf isn't doing as well as Bob (I believe he had a stroke a few years ago) but I wish both of them well.

Both are 111 today. :birthday:

Bob Weighton says "the secret to my long life is avoiding dying".

As a sign of how serious Turkey is celebrating democracy with their upcoming elections, they registered 165-year old Ayse Ekici, 149-year old "Zulfu" (no last name) and 148-year old "Ayse" (no last name) to vote:

Also, there is one apartment that houses approximately 1000 people.

If that block has the same cladding as the Grenfell Tower

...Just sayin'...

Saw a quote from the latest Sadowitz gig.

Dianne Abbott looks like she fell from the top of Grenfell Tower and ate every immigrant on the way down.

Don't know if you understood what was said in the video, but they reported she suffered a sudden illness in the last few months which has made her wheelchair bound and unable to speak. Will never be number one.

One I posted further up the page. His death went unreported for a wee bit so I guess the publications are only just picking up on it now.

Unverified. It has been hinted on the 110 Club that her potential verification is imminent. She looked well the last time she was pictured, but that was 2 years ago.

Dead at 115, before she could be verified.
