So thought I'd take a look at who's still around from the Connery-era Bond films given that we've recently lost quite a few actors from these movies (including Sir Sean himself!) By no means a complete list but I think I've included everyone with a title credit in a major role, plus one or two uncredited notables who should be on the radar.

Living actors from the Connery Bond films

Sorted by oldest first, number in brackets is age they're turning in 2021.

No nonagenarian actors with credited roles appear to be alive from the Connery-era now. Oldest is Bruce Glover... Crispin Glover's dad.

He was part of cast in Casino Royale from 1967.

Huge huge name and news in France, he was one of the most famous and most acclaimed actor. Suffered some stroke back in 200? And was so frail for years, couldn’t speak nor walk

+1 for my french list and one of the best... rip Monsieur

Minna Aaltonen, Finnish actress dead aged 54 from surgery complications. She was a newsreader in Tomorrow Never Dies.

Other roles include Marianne Frankel in London's Burning, Ingrid Coates in Dream Team and some Finnish roles as well as being the host of the Finnish version of Gladiators. Also appeared in beer ads in Ireland.

Unexpected and quite a big death in Finland.

As I mentioned it on the Monica Vitti thread, thought I might as well add here that Daniela Bianchi, Tatiana Romanova in From Russia with Love, turned 80 on January 31st.

That was treated as uncited fake news at the time so I'm going to be properly fucked off if it turns out to have been true. Especially as my first sub for that team, Ralph Riach, has sadly died.

I'd be surprised if he died and there was no mention on the Bond social media platforms. Unless he died well under the radar

Weln if it's true, that would mean he died one day before Sean Connery. So he would have been easly overshadowed then
