Nope. She's on the list, between Sir James MacMillan and Baroness Monckton of Dallington Forest.

I wouldn't read too much into it.  She might just have been missed off accidentally, perhaps through confusion with Princess Michael.  Do they still have proof readers?  Probably not.

Or maybe she no longer feels strongly about it.

Entirely possible. I merely thought her absence conspicuous and worth noting.

If I got confused, I suspect a lot of much dumber people got confused.
