Let's do some elimination.

It can't possibly be HCW as he was on holiday when the worst outrages were perpetrated.

So that's one less.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight, because logging on to the internet from one's hotel room is impossible. :D

You mean to say someone has stolen my avatar!!!! Give me their names, and I'll go around, rip off their arms and legs, and club them to death with them.....

Errr..., ooops...., slight temper, but I am really friendly - honest :P

I cannot disagree with that, but I think we all know that the original version is just much, much funnier.

I went for a drink down a local pub and a band were rehearsing in the function room. When they finished one of the blokes came into the bar for a drink and I struck up a conversation with him about the music he was playing. I didn't recognised him, but it turned out to be Glen Matlock, one of the original Sex Pistols. The drummer was the Damned's Rat Scabbies, but he had to go home to his family - how Rock n Roll is that?

DWB :o

Just working through this thread and saw the post above. Scabies - aka Chris Miller - is actually quite a character and was once involved in some fringe stuff to do with UFOs. He had ideas and gave some constructive help to a guy called Albert Budden who wrote some ground breaking books about electronic fields and atmospheric electricity impacting on people in ways that messed with their consciousness and might well be behind some of the more surreal flights of fancy reported as encounters with aliens. I'd say in its own trippy way, that's all a bit rock n roll!
