Vanessa Greene (IMDb), has died aged 63.

She was on my Deathrace team (for 2017!) as reports were she didn't have long left at New Year.

A great pick, as you can see - the Deathrace having ended over 300 days ago.

One of our German speakjng contributors might want to confirm this but it seems like there is only one surviving cast member from the German answer to Star Trek, Raumpatrouille: Raumschiffes Orion, namely Wolfgang Völz, who played Lieutenant de Monti:

Michael Caine was at a recent Convention.

Met him at the airport on his way back, asked him how it was.

"Sulu's" he said, "thousands of them".

Shatner's well enough to embark on a tour of Australia next month with his one man show, so he won't be dropping for a while yet.

Well, if her son is correct and the first story is accurate, how the fucking hell is this film gonna happen?

Will she actually remember that she actually has a project?

"a search for director underway. According to Bell, Nichelle Nichols and the team are keen to find a woman of color (to) helm Noah’s Room. "

Not just racist but sexist too.

Then again, if she is that far gone - maybe she's convinced she's playing the young white kid

If that one was to hold any water, maybe, people will soon be seeing Hampstead Heath regular Terry Jones singing 'Zip-a-dee-doo-dah' at the top of his voice.

What if...

The Undateables put the two of them - Jones and Nichols - together; doubtless someone in Channel Four's press office would spin it as a relevant and life-affirming exploration of the limits of love.

Some revelations from Shat's new book:

1. He did magic mushrooms in Amsterdam:

"How could I say no? Somewhere in the recesses of my mind I remember reading that Alice in Wonderland was actually the description of a psychedelic trip. Well, I always loved Alice in Wonderland and if were possible to visit Wonderland that appealed to me."

2. He wasn't welcome at Leonard Nimoy's funeral.

3. He had diarrhoea during the opening night of his one man show...

So out of the remaining TOS main cast, what will the order of death be? I'd go:

Nichols - Has dementia and apparently on her last legs

Shatner - Looks great for his age but that beer belly has to catch up with him sooner rather than later

Koenig - Don't know anything about his health but looked decent in a recent photo, plus outlived his 53 years younger replacement.......

Takei - Youngest of the lot with no reported health concerns
