He was Secretary of State under Reagan and basically the guy who pushed through all of Reagans achievements, good and bad. Mentor to Bush Jr and Cheney and a big fan of the Iraq War, but also biig on diplomacy with Gorbachev and China, first big name Republican to support legalisation of weed so... one of those right wingers from the 80s who'd be to the left of most in power in their respective parties today.

Thanks guys but it wasn’t a serious question, I just found him boring.

He looked very bad in that early January photo. DL doing surprisingly well, but there will be a very long drought at some point...

Good heavens is that the quickest we have had 3 deaths of the deathlist  happen?

March 27, 2002:

- Milton Berle

- Dudley Moore

- Billy Wilder

all on the same day.

Should also be noted that Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother also died that week.

Always thought Shultz would be still alive long after Kissinger's death. Remember the 2015 january code pink protests and John McCain calling the protestors "low-life scum"? Would never have thought Kissinger would be alive six years later, just look at him there, looking so old and frail compared to Shultz
