707 would be my first call, or DC8 maybe? Not particularly skilled at spotting :).

And B52's still chuck that cack out today though obviously not your first choice from Quantas.

Well called, that's a 707; they used to inject water into the engine which produced the smoke. All these years later after first considering re-engining B52s they still haven't decided.

Qatar airport is huge. I’ve also made friends with Abdul at security who had a good ole feel of my gentleman sausage.

Last day at work for a fortnight, a week in the winter sun in Tunisia awaits.

Except they’re giving rain....

You're deadly serious about that aren't you?

Even if I flew the things, I'd not know that.

I often park in Tesco's but couldn't name the space from a picture.

Without reviewing my ticket, the precise gate I can’t say but you are quite dead on!  Bravo!

Arrived NotW two days ago.  Hanging out in Inverness where the sun takes forever to set in May (photo 10pm) though they still turn the lights on.

Doing tourist stuff yesterday with my DL bestie.

(Edit - off to the NW in a couple days... have a very special thing to take care of).

Well, I'm off from JFK to Rome Wednesday until 10 June.

Have a family wedding to go to in Cassino, Italy.

:sherlock: I've got it down to five flights; three from Alitalia (609, 603 and 611), one from American Airlines (236) and one from Delta Air Lines (444).

I'll wager Delta flight DL444.  :D

Depends.

By 8pm tomorrow night I won’t give a flying. Greek brandy has that effect on me

On a train today heading back to Nice from Monaco and who should be sitting a few rows away from me? Twas the actor John Dutine. He clocked me clocking him and he knew that he had been rumbled. Looked rather red around the face, did John. Watch this space.

No. He looked a tad uncomfortable once he had been spied. It was best to leave him be or summat.:)
