DCI Frank Burnside 1,850 Posted December 19, 2022 Hmmm has had a couple of health issues and hospitalisations the last few years. Might be worth a punt for the DL next year IMO
heiheiheihei 62 Posted January 2 He held his annual New Year's Eve speech on december 31. For a long time, there was uncertainty as to whether it was he or the crown prince who was going to give the speech.

Phantom 2,319 Posted February 20 MN Gov Tim Walz paid a visit yesterday
Comped 111 Posted February 20 2 hours ago, Phantom said: MN Gov Tim Walz paid a visit yesterday Well, that's one way to get a free vacation... Few hours of work, then a load of receptions at which the food and drinks are paid for. Plus first or business there and back. Not sure if Minnesota's gov has a plane which could make the trip privately, so would have likely been commercial (maybe leased, but I doubt the cost is reasonable).
heiheiheihei 62 Posted March 20 Yesterday King Harald and his older sister Princess Astrid, Mrs. Ferner, were present during the World Championship final in biathlon in Holmenkollen. They congratulated the winners. King Harald and Princess Atrird's booth looked good. If you look closely at the king's shoes, you can see him wearing the popular moonboots. It has become a tradition for the Norwegian royal family to wear these shoes when they are out and about in the snow. Princess Astrid and Queen Sonja have also been seen wearing these shoes. Even though she is 91 years old, Princess Astrid still performs royal duties. She attends state dinners, various meetings, and other activities with other members of the royal family.
