B 20-01-1926, almost died of a stroke in the mid sixties. Surely she can't last forever.

Does anyone know what state she's in today?

Tennessee is a state in the US. Not that far from me really. About a day or two drive.

She lives in New York, I think. It's her health I'm thinking about. I saw her interviewed on a programme about Roald Dahl this year. She's thin and deep voiced so I don't think she's stopped smoking. And she's eighty in January.

I mean, probably worth a punt in a year or two for the DL.

Didn't she have anorexia when younger too? Doesn't mean anything though, a relative of mine had it and lived til she was 91

Thanks for this bit of info. I've noted that she also suffered a coma and has 25 picks on Rotten.com. I've added her into my 350 name spreadsheet list, but with the proviso that she is well recovered from her early age strokes. This lowers her rating dramatically and she lists in about 75th position.

It's amazing too that I'm no longer the only one round these parts resurrecting threads from the very bowels of the board, sort of thing.

I'd almost forgotten starting this one.
