NEWSMAN BRIAN DIES

LEGENDARY journalist Brian Whittle has died at the age of 59.

 

Brian suffered a heart attack as he joined a newspaper Christmas party at the Crown and Kettle pub in Manchester on Friday afternoon.

 

The respected former Sunday Mirror reporter ran his own freelance agency, Cavendish Press, and had also worked on many other national papers over four decades.

 

He had recently written a book on infamous doctor Harold Shipman. He leaves a wife, Maureen and sons Mark, Peter and Christopher.

Cinematographer Adrian Biddle has died from a heart attack aged 54.

 

Some of his credits include, "Thelma and Louise", "101 Dalmations", "Event Horizon" and "The Mummy"

today is a bad day for film producers..no less than 3 have dropped dead...49 yr old Robert Newmyer from the USA, 91 yr old Hungarian Gyulka Trebitsch,and 87 yr old Bollywood producer Ramanand Sagar have all gone to their respective makers in the last 24 hours

So two more of my Sims have just died.

 

They were quite elderly.

 

I play the sims 2.

Doesnt make me a loser.

I just have alot of homework to not do. :)

TV writer Robert Sloman has died aged 79.He was probably best known for his contribution to Doctor Who for which he wrote 4 stories during the Jon Pertwee era (the Daemons,Time Monster,the Green Death and Planet of the Spiders)

US actress Mary Jackson. has died aged 95 (so she cant complain really ) She was best known for playing the part of Miss Emily Baldwin in the Waltons

I would imagine he goes to google news and types in 'dies'.

 

It works for me, although generally Tempus (127posts in this thread) and Iain (104 posts in this thread) will have posted most of it already.
