It's because SC didn't use the correct punction for the abbreviation of Dr. If he had, then it would have been found in the search. Sometimes I search for a topic with the name in the title. The results I get gives me a lot of random clutter and the topic I want to find is buried at page three. This should be the top result. And many times, just like in wwildstorm's case, you don't find a result anyway. A single misprinted character yields a misfire whereas Google succeeds in finding a topic.
