I thought about posting that as well. The story is almost like that of Debbie Blackhurst, another gran-with-terminal-cancer. Meeting Adele was on her bucket list. Dunno - he could see 70 easy because on those vices he may well get a warning by way of chest pains or the like and a stent and a good talking to later that five a day habit might make sense.
