The article says he’s fine.  Since it isn’t a disease, there was literally no reason to post the story on our boards.

No reason for you to keep trying to decide what's good or not for this board, but it doesn't seem to stop you for a moment.

Edit: Not picked in the DDP? I thought he had been...maybe in the past?

If he was, then definitely one for the LOTM.

Fane Flaws, musician, artist and self-described "mark maker" passed away on Thursday after an illness. He was a member of bands including Spats and The Crocodiles. He also forged a career as a respected Napier-based artist, and in the early 1970s was a former member of Blerta, a New Zealand musical and theatrical co-operative.

According to Tiny Global Productions, who've released his latter-day solo stuff, former Glitter Band member John Rossall is terminally ill. He's still got some live shows planned though.

Wes "Wes" Madiko, known outside of Africa as a one-hit wonder for the summer hit of 1998 "Alané", dead at 57:

I kind of wondered if he was destined for an early death after the deaths of Manu Dibango and Mory Kanté last year.

Any news on Kat "dying of stage four liver failure" Bjelland? If she doesn't die she will take the "six people six months" pool for a third round.

Everything I could find is some reddit user saying that she has "beaten" it:

If anyone is interested in Neil Peart's legacy, you can now make an offer on any of his cars. Mind you, it won't be cheap.

Leo van de Ketterij (wiki), guitarist for Dutch rock band Shocking Blue, dead at 70.

Didn't play on either of their UK hits, i.e. Venus or Mighty Joe, but his death means just one of the five principal members of the group is still alive. That being Robbie van Leeuwen (wiki), who is 77 in October.

Also the most significant one as the principale write of the hits.

Edit;

I was talking about Van Leeuwen. I read the links. He succeeded Van Leeuwen in the line up.

Nah, "the most significant one" is the other guitarist, sitarist, mandolin player - this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robbie_van_Leeuwen

And, he's still breathing

The cooling corpse is the additional guitarist drafted in for their third album
