Charles Lane. His birthday is in less than 3 weeks, and I'm not certain he can take all that excitement anymore.

Then for #3. Pinter.

Maybe we could get the other 49 on a french colony before nuclear testing?

...or send them all on a cruise on the latest incarnation of the Rainbow Warrior, which I believe is the only vessel the French navy has sunk in the past 25 years.

Perhaps set the French Foreign Legion on them and allow them their first ever victory?

Pinter for me, there's no new info on him, it's all gone very quiet.

This could be a sign that he's near the end.

I am ffffing pissed off with worthless polls since they are meaningless drivel so I have not voted nor will I do so until I have proof that another person has cashed in their chips.

I've broken with tradition and voted Pinter.

So I'll give Astor a week.

What a flying start with Rawls!

Is that the quickest death? I didn't know he'd go that quickly, we all knew he was terminal. We did miss a trick with Sharon however. I've gone with Gerald Ford again...

Although Lou Rawls lasted only 6 days on the list, the quickest death on the DL list was Brian Johnston (cricket commentator). He only lasted 5 days on the list in 1994.

Sad how Bert Rawls died some years back and nobody gave it much thought.......

What would we do the rest of the year? Could we draw up a new list (and sneak Ariel Sharon on it, of course)?

I'm going to give Aaron Spelling a go this time - he has some sort of incurable disease - so he is going to go sooner rarther than later.
