Magere Hein 1,400 Posted March 13, 2012 Jean Giraud is dead http://www.metro.co....raud-dies-at-73 Ah, Möbius, I always loved his strip. Indeed, especially his Incal series, The Airtight Garage of Jerry Cornelius and Les Yeux du Chat. In his L'Homme est-il bon? he answered one of the fundamental questions of life, the universe and everything with a resounding: regards, Hein

Spade_Cooley 9,515 Posted April 24, 2012 Steven Fry has just tweeted this message....... So sad to hear of Ronald Searle's death. Extraordinary life & work. His last illustration was for a friend, Roger Lewis who is v ill too So I was boredly skimming through the ever-fascinating Evening Standard and, among the other essential information contained in the diary was that Lewis is attending a society dinner party this week with Michael Gove, Stephen Fry and Barry Cryer. A great bunch of lads. Googling to find a link to this when I got home I found this blog, which is absolutely appalling and proves that the 1% aren't funny in any way shape or form, but if you're that keen to research Roger Lewis' illness over the coming months, it's manna for you. He himself is referring to the dinner party as the "Roger Lewis Memorial Dinner Party", so idk.
