Last year my wife put all her vinyl Mike Nesmith albums on ebay and in the past week I have put about a dozen volumes of Yu-gi-oh! original magnas on ebay

Now do I have  Norman Tebbit's autobiography?

Should also be noted that he worked on several Rankin-Bass Christmas specials, including character design for Frosty the Snowman.

Never heard of the Gnome guy.

However, he seems to have created Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds (?), which was a favourite with my youngest brother back in the day and was huge in the UK.

The Animation Guild recently published their in-progress 2022 memorial list. Spotted a couple names on it that don't have a recorded death date anywhere:

  • Jennifer Dolce (IMDb), editor (The Simpsons, Puss in Boots, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Penguins of Madagascar)
  • Karl Geurs (IMDb), co-writer of the recent classic Bobbleheads: The Movie, a lot of Winnie the Pooh/Strawberry Shortcake/Care Bears-type stuff, and a Star Trek: The Next Generation episode
  • Janet Quen (IMDb), vfx artist (Volcano, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, Spider-Man, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Casino Royale, about 100 other movies)
  • Paul Shardlow (IMDb), art director and animator (Watership Down, Heavy Metal, Madagascar, Bee Movie, had an acting role in Flushed Away

There's a tweet suggesting Geurs died in May. Don't see anything on the others.

Former Boston Herald cartoonist Jerry Holbert was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) last year. Jerry, 61, had been exhibiting symptoms for five years prior to his diagnosis.

I thought maybe a sneaky Cup pick but it appears the disease has an average life expectancy of 8 years, meaning he has 3 years minimum, approx.

Died back on August 2nd. Sorry if reported elsewhere.
