I agree with the stroke

Possibly, but if she survives she is likely to be totally incapacitated, so what would happen then?  Prince Charles would have to act as a king without actually being so.  A totally ludicrous situation.  Really, the queen should have abdicated upon reaching 90 instead of insisting on carrying on to the bitter end.

Since she's missed the 6 o'clock news today, do we have to wait until the 6 o'clock news tomorrow?

Philip's death was announced during the 12:00 news after he died that morning.

They will break it when it happens or when they get the news

Oh... she's still hanging on then.

She could hang on for days or weeks to be fair, wonder when news channels return to normal.

No, they are not so dumb.

If they put on this it means her vital parameters are very low.

It makes you wonder what that bastard Boris Johnson said to her before he got his marching orders.

He probably told her that he will make so much money in the next few years that he'll be even richer than her!

I do agree with this I think the news channels probably know if she is going to die imminently or not but can’t say anything until its official.

It wouldn't surprise me with Putin as a bumchum.

BBC won't be able to sit on it at all, they will break the news as soon as they know, the Palace might stall for perhaps half an hour or so before telling the BBC. maybe to message the Commonweath realms first but not for much longer than that.

This just in, MSNBC just said that if the Queen dies today, it's Trumps fault.

If she has died already, the family might still want to have some time in quiet with her. Things are going to go insane when the announcement's made.

I doubt she'll have much to say once she's dead.

Somebody near Balmoral will blab on Twitter once a black Coleman-Milne estate car or anonymous looking ambulance turns into the estate. Like being made redundant, you'll hear via social media first.

Of course Thatcher breaks it first!

RIP. May she rest in peace. An era is over.

Some may not realize it, but this is a significant point in human history. Many will always remember where they were and what they were doing when the Queen died.
