80 this year, smoker, looks like he lives off Ulster Fry's, was in the news a few years ago due to a heart scare. Could be a good contender for 2007.

I absolutely LOVE Frank Carson. I once met him in Ireland. What a wonderful guy he is! He's generous, warm - hearted and a very funny guy. And is still very much alive - although he doesn't do much TV these days because he's got a pacemaker.

But seriously, why does a pacemaker prevent one from appearing on Television?

Further treatment for our Frank. Thankfully WWE superstar William Regal is keeping us updated over Twitter on Carson's health status.

are this related up something ?

The William Regal Twitter account is probably the finest example of incongruity online, being as there's all these 11-year-old Rednecks messaging him going "REGLE I HOP U WOOP JOHN CENAS A$$ AT SUMERLAM" and in response Regal just talks at length about Northern Soul and 1970s comedian Mick Miller, before encouraging people to follow Bobby Ball.

Saint Peter is waiting by the pearly gates when a hole appears in the cloud. Eventually Frank Carson climbs up.

Saint Peter asks "Frank, how did you get here?"

Frank tells him "I borrowed a ladder."

Saint Peter: "My goodness, what a fantasic ladder to reach the heavens, where did you get it?"

Frank: "Its Jacobs, its a cracker."
