Ronnie Biggs

Sun today reporting he'll be released into the care of a nursing home within weeks. Be a garden full of paparazzi at that home when he is, eh? Perhaps the leafy and reasonably well concealed surrounds of Brinsworth House beckon.

Ronnie Biggs has fallen and broken his hip.

He also has a chest infection according to the BBC news there.

Is there anything this man hasn't had recently?

A front door with his own key?

He definitely can't live now. A bust hip's dodgy at his age. A good DL bet.

Apparently he's been refused parole and is fighting for his life in hopsital

GREAT Train Robber Ronnie Biggs was fighting for life in hospital last night after his condition worsened when he was refused parole.

The frail 79-year-old is said to have "nothing left to live for" after Justice Secretary Jack Straw turned down his application.

His son Michael wept as he told The Sun: "Doctors have just told me my dad is in a life-threatening condition.

"He has taken a turn for the worse after being given the news about his parole being turned down.

"My dad has got nothing left to live for. He is dying."

I'm not sure how he's still alive. Heart attacks, strokes, broken hips..

What does it take to kill him?

Well perhaps the 8.57 from King's Cross :wheelchair: would be a great way to go that would the great train robber splatted into a thousand pieces by a national express high speed train.

An apt death for someone brought up on the wrong side of the tracks...

He's plotting a big job. You can tell. Either that or he's just done one.
