She NEVER distanced her from the Nazi ideolgy, she always denied the Holocaust ever happened and always had her brown shirt fans around her. The comunity of Rheden tried to block her funeral, affraid as they were this grave would become a schrine for Neo-nazis. They were unsuccessful in that attempt. They couldn't block it legally.

 

The Israelis were a little more efficient after the execution of Adolf Eichmann. He was cremated and his ashes were scattered into the Mediterranean.
