Does he still live in his Sri Lankan beach house, gazing out over the frolicking young boys whilst contemplating the Mysteries of the Universe?

Gosh, I do hope so.

He does. Can you imagine his horror when he left the UK for Sri Lanka, only to find that he'd accidentally moved to a country that (a) didn't have an extradition treaty with Britain, and (b ) is notorious for turning a blind eye to wealthy foreigners with a love of children? Nightmare.

I bet he is a big fan of Michael Jackson's music too - I'd be hankering a guess that "The Girl Is Mine" would be on his Sri Lankan desert island discs.

What are you doing Dave?

I'm trying to get you to open up your pod bay doors Hal.

I don't think this rickety old sci/fi guru has too long left.

I think he's ready for Auld nick's den.

I've lost count of the number of books I've had signed in clear ballpoint pen. Bidding already seems ferocious.

What about Trapped In a Dark, Tight Space (1994)? Any signed videos of that one?

Lol - I missed the fact that it was signed in clear ballpoint pen

Which reminds me Mr Alive, youve not cashed that £2,000 cheque that I signed for you in clear ballpoint pen - no problem is there?? ;)

Is that anything like a "Lever Arch File"?

Its a good idea not to use big words if you cannot spell them.

I do believe that 'pedofile' is the correct American spelling. But no-one said he was anyway...

In true scrabble style, I'm gonna call you on that spelling RK...

I don't believe that's a correct American spelling - various web dictionaries seem to support my theory - can anyone confirm or deny this?

correct american spelling

Shouldn't you be looking up the definition of oxymoron?

I thought a pedofile was someone who just couldn't get enough of The Streets?

Although you could be asking Chris Morris, of Brasseye fame, about the spelling, as this is how he seems to pronouce is the most recent Brasseye.

And whilst we are on the subject, isn't oxymoron an acne remedy/preparation?
