Probably - but there is more chance of Rory Gilsenan riding Shergar to win next years Grand National than there is of me paying to access the Telegraph to find out.

Cracking stuff, ha!

I'm not bothered whether the points are awarded, I just like to see what we do in this situation. Amazing it's not come up before.  I suggest we place An Fear Beag on Press Reader watch and let him go through the List of the Lost! Tun Tin, anyone?

I cannot tell a lie- I had no idea what Press Reader was until msc explained it earlier in the thread

I am just sad enough to have googled Rory Gilsenan every day since he died, as he is on my Irish theme team. This mention popped up today.
I am delighted though to have opened up a new can of QO worms for the hosts to have to deal with!

In any case, is there any chance of changing Rory’s profile to show that he was born in Kells, Co. Meath, rather than in Bicester which is where he lived.

Jockey David Erb died in late November aged 95.

His Wiki was only updated yesterday to reflect it. Mentioning because he was a past DDP pick.

Obit.

Pat Smullen's formerly frequent tweeting has stopped in July... is something up?

He’s still liking some tweets too pretty recently... but I believe he liked a lot more posts when he was actively tweeting too. Kind of reminds me of Andretti tbh...

Well... something was up...

Edit: You know who else stopped posting on social media? Lee Kerslake, last Facebook post 1st of August.

Suddenly stopping social media posts... quite possibly the best hint we have (apart from entering hospice care).

Is it just me or do jockeys have a really short life expectancy. Lester Piggott is very much the exception

I wouldn't say so.  You probably just haven't heard of most of them, not many become household names.
