Had been shortlisted for my "bung 'em on the DDP" side project team, and had I known one of the chosen 20 had actually died a decade ago (still cursing that fanzine) there's been a number of far better choices that made the final 30 who would have been better DDP picks. He looks and sounds incredible for his age. Here he is yesterday, looking livid and snapping at a reporter, telling him "shut the fuck up you little prick". A future name for the 100 Club? I have vague memories of a similarly embarrassing incident for another former world champ, Lloyd Honeyghan, who was mugged by schoolgirls outside a florists shop run by his family.
