3/20. Good enough for me since I randomly guessed on all of them...

Oh!  I didn't know which one you meant, so went to look , and the quiz had entirely different questions from the one I did.  And still no shirt front .....

I got them all, but there was some luck involved.  Strategy was to skip to the ones I knew, then go back to the ones that sounded right, and guess the rest which was easier once most had been eliminated.

Haha - a lot harder than you would think - I only got 45/50 - missed same one as you plus 4 others - all in second half of the list.

Well 50/50 with 29 seconds to go.

Helps that I had the DL up. Is that cheating? Comes down to typing fast.

:P

But this is a revelation! :o

Wow, it says I'm from Bude, which is a whole four miles away (& over the border from God's county).  Never realised I was such a yokel

When it comes to our body’s alcohol intake, what’s the real difference between 4% and 5% alcohol by volume?

(a) 1%
(b) 20%
(c) 25%
(d) Much more than 25%

Not really a quiz as more an ingathering of suggestions, inspired by the BBC posed question, Which Band Would You Erase From History? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/entertainment-arts-48677904/yesterday-which-band-would-boyle-curtis-james-and-patel-erase-from-history

For me it is The Spice Girls. I never wanted to Zig A Zig Ah. Shouting "Girl Power" while wearing sexy outfits and giving themselves nom de plumes indicating their submission to male fantasies was probably the ultimate scam on the UK population. Spiceworld? Yikes. Viva Forever!? Double yikes. I'll concede Geri's version of "It's Raining Men" but she could have done that and probably had a career on her own without the group.

Much more credible female artists and bands who let their music do the talking, rather than making up slogans, existed before and after this carbuncle of the 1990s.

The Black Eyed Peas and its respective members' music.

We'd lose Where Is The Love? but you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone defending this:

Or these:

Or their solo bodies of work:

The worst song to chart in the UK this decade:

Here's hoping for a computer virus to wipe it all out.

Gilbert O'Sullivan for me.  Awful, awful songs, naff clothes (even by 70s standards), stupid name.

Awww, I rather liked him. Mind you I was but a wee boy at the time. Matrimony always made me jig aboot. :D
