Posting here though he was a solid football player at UT.  A name I had forgotten.

Johnny Lam Jones, one of the most celebrated athletes in University of Texas history as both a football and a track star, died Friday morning after a decades-long fight with myeloma cancer. He was 60.

He was known more for his track exploits as an Olympic gold medalist on the U.S. mile relay team in 1976 at age 18 and a world-class sprinter who once won four events at a Southwest Conference meet. But he also played tailback and wide receiver for the Longhorn football team and was later selected by the New York Jets as the No. 2 player taken in the first round although he only had marginal success as a pro.

A deadpooling blast from the past. I remember that name being thrown about on various US pools in the mid aughts.

Quite unlikely Rusev & Shinsuke will win the just-announced Wrestlemania fatal 4-way Smackdown tag title match.

Here is Erzsebet doing her thing, on the set of what looks like a Louisiana swamp.

And the fruit didn't fall far from the tree -- her daughter Krisztina at the 1983 Worlds...

Been some months since we had an update on our old pal Balbir Singh. Anyways, he's back in the hospital, though stable.

Obviously Punjab finds money for his treatment. Ominous that his FB page has not posted anything about his hospitalization, but continues to post about his lifetime achievements. Balbir had it coming from a long time.

No he was not Scavenger food. That would be a massive gamble when you only get five picks.
