The Commission on Assisted Dying is a website that clearly just copies from Wikipedia. Its page on Herta Bothe was copied from an old version of her Wiki that had the 2000 death date up, and therefore isn't reliable at all.

We now know that death date is questionable given that she appeared in a documentary that was aired in about 2004/5. What remains unclear is when the interview with her was filmed.

Also last 25 years Major, Blair, Brown, Cameron, May -not exactly a golden age of leadership there.

 

Looking at those lists, the times had Lord North as worst (which is reasonable enough), Parris goes for Brown and McIntyre for Chamberlain (which denotes a degree of bias on their parts imo) and Riddell goes for Viscount Goderich, a complete historical non-entity. I'd err towards Lord North, but then we've had 240 odd years to assess his unleashing Americans on the world (), whereas David Camerons flaws are still relatively new, historically. Plenty of time for that reputation to plummet in the future!

 

Really, there's far more mediocre or forgettable ones. And I don't know what it says that I could name all 45 US Presidents, but struggle on 20 or so UK PMs. Probably that we get bombarded by US history.

I don't know about Karkoc... First I thought the difference was that Palij was convicted and Karkoc was not, but it seems they both never were convicted.

 

Looking at Karkoc's Wikipedia page, it doesn't seem to be entirely clear that Karkoc is really the Nazi criminal that others suspect him to be. His son rejects the claim, but then he would, I guess...
