The posts from his ex players at Sunderland were all praying for him/ thinking of him and gave off a very serious vibe.

Posted two days ago on here by @justonecornetto, with the more UK relevant link that he was a former Walsall manager. As such, he had a BBC obit, amongst many other English language ones, but you've decided to copy and paste from Wikipedia instead.

Opps. I did search for it but it didn’t show up as after checking the search is sensitive enough to distinguish between o and ø.

Portuguese coach Artur Jorge has died aged 78.

He notably led Porto to its first European Cup in 1987 and Paris Saint Germain to its second French Champion title in 1994.

A great loss for FC Porto and PSG fans (like me).

Come on, he’s been convicted to 4 years and 6 months, which means he’ll make 2 years. That’s not a big deal !

Nicolae Vulpeanu died at the age of 83, the former Romanian footballer played for Arges between 1966 and 1968. With Vulpeanu on the field, FC Argeș faced Ferencvaros in the Târguri Cities Cup, in a "double" played in the 1967-1968 season. Pitesti won in Trivale, 3-1, but clearly lost in Hungary, 0-4.

Zdeněk Zeman, who turns 76 in May, is back managing Pescara for the third time in Italy's third tier. No obvious health issues at the moment, but as a chain smoker with a clear work addiction, this is someone who is clearly going to Jock Stein on the touchline within the next five years.

Zeman steps down as Pescara manager following his recent health issues.

He was the champion coach of the French Cup with PSG in 93, he is the coach of the most recent edition of the tournament to die. He coached the Portugal national team in 96-97, being the coach of the most recent season to die of the Portuguese national team. Coach of PSG between 91-94 and 98-99 and is the coach of the most recent season to die from that team as well. He coached Tenerife in 97-98, being the coach of the most recent season to die from that team. He coached Al Nassr in 2006, no coach after that season of that team has died yet.He coached Coimbra (Portugal) in 2002-2003, no coach of that team has died after that season yet.He was coach of Cska Moscow (Russia) in 2003-2004, being the coach of the most recent season of that team to die.He coached Cameroon between 2004 and 2006,and was the coach of the most recent season to die from that team

Time has already posted, but yep, Stuart Gray has died.

He played a long time for Reading, and he now becomes, by far, the most recent Reading FC death (it was Neale Cooper, 1992). Not entirely sure if the club will last a lot longer than Stuart, to be honest.

Didn't quite.reach his initial potential, but very able for us, RIP.

Eddie Gray was at Elland Road last night and looks pretty well for 76 year who has not long lost his son.

Borussia Mönchengladbach loses two Club legends, Danish champion Ulrik Le Fevre and German midfielder Friedhelm Frontzeck. Le Fevre contributed to two national championships during the club's 70s imperial phase. The first of quite a few danish imports.

Frontzeck won the national Cup with them in 1960 and is the father of player/coach Michael Frontzeck:
