Hearing the same thing that's why there were no manager interviews in motd after the leicester west ham highlights. This is all coming from spanish and italian press. Owner, his daughter, puel and two pilots.

Now rumours of southgate being in the helicopter. They did show him during the game  and the destination was london. Really getting silly next they'll be saying messi was on the helicopter.

Puel and Southgate were NOT on board. Vichai's fate is still unclear and his death has not been confirmed, but it appears he was on board.

Puel is safe its been confirmed with several sources. Why the BBC would speculate and say the manager was on board is beyond me.No one was talking about him before that. However Nothing on southgate at all. Facts are he was at the game and he arrived in the helicopter , we have a fifth person not named that isn't the pilots or a member of vichais family as they just would of named them along with vichai and his daughter.

Afraid to say I woke in the middle of the night wondering if the chairman qualified for the Scrabble thread, checked, found out that he didn't and went back to sleep.

Understand that totally DDT.

Does anyone know whit religion he was?

If Muslim/halibut he needs to be in the ground within a day. But unlikely.

Yet his death needs to be reported to Thailand within 24 hours.

If Bhuddist then a lying in state is possible, but Thai politzi need to be informed.

Is it possible he survived in a singed form?

He's Buddhist iirc, didn't he have some monks come out on the pitch at one point?

Don't people normally wait for confirmations before they go full Diana? Something odd about this whole thing.

Could be identification issues?

Other than that unless there is an issue finding next of kin can't understand why no announcement.

Wonder if he'll come back as a fox?

Maybe he is burned beyond recognition and he didn't get his teeth done in the UK. Going on eye witness accounts of who got on etc.

Not missing much probably something along the lines of  ' our page 3 model thinks vichai was a FOX and would've loved to ride his chopper'.

So, anyone in the know got more info on Paul Merson? Hearing from pals he's been off the wagon badly for a while, and is only 10 months younger than Gazza.

Rarely mentioned on here, too.

Have to laugh at that SkyBet advert for "responsible gambling controls" where they have four of the five Soccer Saturday regulars but no Merse.
