The blood poisening will be a result of the miscarrige, normally asociated with less than Hygenic operating theaters, poor kid seems not to be having much luck reproducing. Oh no, what a tragedy it'd be for both him and Aston Villa if he had to "step down with health issues" at the end of the season meaning that he got a decent payoff without being fired and Villa didn't have to admit they ballsed up by appointing him.
