The original diagnosis was stomach cancer. But I guess it means that the cancer is all over his body now.

Bowel cancer wasn't it?

Tsvangirai is a bit different as he revealed he had Colon cancer in 2016.Also his health was getting steadily worse sine mid 2017 and his absence when Mugabe was ousted was very suspicious. With McGuinness first real hint was when he resigned early January and was on TV looking like death warmed up.

There was also this:

As you can see from the following post, my Spidey senses were tingling even then (as were many others I know) but I lacked the courage in the conviction:

Yes, but wait for more reliable sources before tagging it dead. Don't jump the gun.

Strange how the committee were almost alone in correctly calling Mark E Smith yet left such an obvious candidate off the list.

Morgan in the morgue. Mugabe got his birthday present a week earlier.

So will he be reincarnated as an Egyptian politician, or is that an ability exclusive to Mugabe?

No he couldn’t. He’s dead.

I know, there was a great possibility of him taking the presidency. The man fought so hard for the end, to give nothing

I know, I'm aware of that. I'm talking about how Mugabe left the presidency, Tsvangirai could have been president in place of Mnangagwa, even because he fought so hard for it.
It's really a shame

I guess he lived long enough to see his arch-enemy deposed, at least. Though by then he must have known he wasn't well enough to make a leadership challenge of his own. RIP and hopefully Bob won't be far behind.
