Surely it could just reset and get a new set of lives.

Nope. Game Over :)

I never understand the whole iphone thing had one and wasn't too impressed. Then i switched to Samsung galaxy ever since then I have just stuck with galaxy very good phones. Plus I didn't like the whole apple suing samsung and winning in a US court hardly can be classed as a fair court case an american company winning in an american court.

But then again maybe some people would call me a samsung fanboy. lol

... not to mention crashing countries:

http://www.mediaite.com/tv/rep-ron-paul-am...are-bankruptcy/

Somehow I don't think our beloved Chancellor Gideon Osborne will use the US as an example of how not to run an economy like he does with Greece.

"We don't want to end up like America, do we?"

"Yes we do, George, we all do..."

We should probably give the USA its own thread as per the one for Belgium, to chronicle the death of their empire, but the moderators will probably get a hard time from all the drive-by ranters/"patriots."

I think, indeed, that we better keep this discussion below their radar.

When G.W. Bush was president I got myself in a bit of a row with an otherwise nice geezer from California, when I proposed that the USA is a Third World nation. A Third World nation with nukes alright, but so are Pakistan and India.

regards,

Hein

According to former President Jimmy Carter, democracy in America is dead.

They still have some stores around. The ones near me in the US have closed down and I believe the one near where I used to live in London is now a Tesco

I wonder when they shut the final store ,will the administrator go 'THAT'S BLOCKBUSTERS'. If they do shut down i'm sure the sun will use that headline. ;)

I feel bad for the 2000 people that will lose their jobs but if they don't shut down now , they will in the near future its inevitable . Best close them down and get new types of businesses that can flourish and more housing built to reduce these waiting lists.

Boots are now charging their customers a "delivery charge" if they order goods online and collect them from a store.

That'll really attract customers away from the competition, won't it!
