Didn't Lenny Henry have a comedy character named Nat West (or is my memory failing me)?

The Reverend Nathaniel Westminster

I'm quite partial to a Tunnock's Teacake.  Takes me right back to my primary school tuck shop.

So, taxpayer saved Royal Bank of Scotland is to change its name to National Westminster. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-51500062

Something about distancing itself from the financial crisis. Listen bitches, until you are back in private hands, that's not happening. And if you want to find what many Scots find a toxic brand, it's fucking WESTMINSTER.

Now I have to consider closing my account and moving elsewhere.

Blibberwimbles.

I know exactly what you're going through YW . I stopped buying opal fruits when they became starburst.

wrestlemania will still be going ahead without fans coming live from the performance center .  WWE stock dropped 15% on that announcement . Should've postponed it.

Tons of indie wrestling is basically going to the wall with regards to wrestlemania week being cancelled . The WWE is going to struggle hugely aswell airing shows from performance center with no crowd revenue.

Sandwich/takeaway lunch place EAT has closed.

No explanation provided, just that "after 24 years... it is time to for us to say goodbye"

Yeah, that would have been OK .  Grammatically correct, even. :)

Struck me in the course of a gallows humour conversation last night that the whole Covid-19 situation must be fucking over the business model for Dignitas good and proper.

You gotta feel for them, eh?

We have a few rent to own corporations, wonder if they’re going to follow suit.  And I’m missing the reason why such a business would suffer.  They clearly own all the goods the rent.  Zero overhead.  I guess people smarter than SirC see it’s obvious why.

Branson wants a bailout

The shadow chancellor is amongst those insisting we don't go there on the back of Branson's tax avoidance over the years (and I've seen stuff on Facebook saying him, Mike Ashley and Tim Martin should be left hanging if their companies tank)

This'll get lively, then
