While we're here, a look at how oft mentioned WrestleMania VII (1991) is doing..

Trust the 2 best matches on the card to be the ones where every fucker involved is dead now. Yep, that Dino Bravo match, something special there... :D

It's quite impressive that all 4 men in the tag title match are still going, when it's got 3 alcoholics (at least), 2 guys who spent 20 years getting hit in the head with stupid things, 1 stroke victim, 1 heart attack (at least), and Jim Neidhart in it.

2 years on, 5 more folk dead and Alex Trebek likely to make it 6 before too long.

Guessing on General Adnan to be the next on the wrestling side to fail to kick out...

I don't believe him and am filing this confession in the same draw as CJ from Eggheads' murder confession (i.e. crumbles upon investigation)

Cauliflower Alley Club confirms it on twitter. He hung on a long time after his leg amputations.

He wrestled as the Mississippi Mauler Jim Harris on ITV's World of Sport - although its a Big Daddy match, so not much evidence of any wrestling in this one:

Wiki actually says the reason of death was COVID-19...

.. so after a long time, another COVID victim on the DDP.

And quite ironic, considering he could have died of a hundred other reasons.

What does wiki use a source. Haven't seen anyone report it as a Covid-19 death.

This one was almost completely off the radar. British wrestler Dave Kidney, who won the British featherweight title in 1959 (a disputed achievement) and is listed on Wikipedia as one of the ten oldest wrestlers to compete, died July 21st. He was 89. Kidney's last match was on January 28th, 2011. He would have been 80 at the time.

Speaking as a Scot, and a wrestling fan, apt finish then for a complete non-entity.

Not really the place for a discussion on the man's career, but Xavier was always one of the more confusing wrestlers in history - the second ROH champion, yet he did fuck all both before and after his run with the strap. Seemingly forgotten by wrestling history for a man who was at one point the ace of the #2 promotion in the USA.

One to watch out for is Sonya Deville, Going through a very serious mess surviving an attempted kidnapping by a deranged neckbeard POS, She's already left WWE & with the amount of stress & death threats she's getting from the basketcase wrestling fans. This could end in a suicide god forbid :(
