I really need to sort the theme team league out then, huh? Need to find a way of doing it that's less... fucking tedious than the current method.

Anner Bylsma, an eminent Dutch cellist and a groundbreaking figure in the early music movement, the postwar effort to create performances closer to what past audiences may have actually heard, died on July 25 in Amsterdam. He was 85.

The cause was a cerebral hemorrhage, his family said.

Sir Stephen Cleobury, former Director of Music at King’s College, Cambridge, has died aged 70.

The British conductor and organist, who was knighted in 2019, died peacefully in his hometown of York during the night of Friday 22 November.

The sad news comes after Cleobury had been experiencing a long-term illness.
