A bloke at the races asked his mate if he would point to any horse that had won a race on a previous occasion.

His mate obliged saying "that one won one and that one won one too".

Where's me coat?

Tested to see if the 'angry' one got it back down to 2,599. Didn't. Disappointed.

Not this argument.

Pacifism is not cowardice.  It's a belief in the alternative actually working, if everybody was a pacifist then it would actually work...

If everybody was a pacifist then there would never be any conflicts, punch ups, general violence and wars. In that kind of world there would be no need to be a pacifist, would there.

Doh!!!!

The dreaded exam results are sent out today in Scotland.

I'VE PASSED!

...by the skin of my teeth. 4 Higher passes was what I needed, and I got just that. 4 straight Cs. They're not good grades by any measure, but they're good enough. My new course starts next week :)

I'll leave this here....

Going on a day trip to St. Louis tomorrow to check out Washington University.

It's a tough school to get into, but hopefully they'll give me more consideration if I endure the 5-hour drive to get there.

Got my leaving cert examination results today. Despite not studying at all and having 6 subjects I still managed to achieve 260 points.

So, my parents made me go to a welcome back to school dance today. It was a terrible experience for me. The music was super loud and it’s the modern pop music I really dislike. Worst part about though was that because of my autism, I felt very sensitive throughout the entire dance. Didn’t really get to talk to anyone either...

Just named my fantasy football team 'Bart Starr is Almost Dead'.  May have to change it mid season.
