For search engine: Roy Norris, serial killer.

I did not know about these killings and after reading about it... Ugh. Horrific. Stuff of nightmares. Glad those sickos are dead.

Surgeon and convicted wife murderer, Dr Charles E. Friedgood, 89, is suffering from terminal cancer.

He's spent over 30 years in jail and is New York's oldest prisoner. The New York Times have done a big article on him this weekend, so I should think they'll give him a mention when he's gone.

Dr Friedgood's family have just revealed he died of cancer in 2018, aged 99.

Friedgood?  There's a man destined for the electric chair if ever there was one.

Deathlist Cup pick Benjamin LaGuer, convicted serial rapist with a Wikipedia page, sent back to prison after compassionate release:

https://www.bostonglobe.com/2020/03/03/metro/convicted-rapist-ben-laguer-recently-released-medical-parole-sent-back-prison/

He violated his bail conditions. The medical outlook (weeks, or at most a few months in January) seems unchanged.

Should be noted he’s not a convicted serial rapist

Presumably first to die of the corona in the US:

Joe Kearney was serving a five-year sentence in Michigan for home invasion and previously served time for multiple breaking and enterings and felony firearm. 90 inmates in the same prison as Kearney and 207 is the state as a whole have tested positive for the virus so far. Kearney was 55.

At least 49 inmates in a single Pakistani jail have tested positive for Covid-19, with another 150 potentially infected.

This could decimate prison populations if it gets bad enough.

This seems to be jumping along steadily: The number of prisoners to have died in England and Wales after contracting coronavirus has risen to nine, according to internal figures seen by BBC News. Overall, 107 prisoners have tested positive for the virus across 38 prisons in England and Wales - about one-third of the total. Around 1,300 inmates are self-isolating with symptoms of the virus, and 7,200 prison staff are absent for reasons related to Covid-19, with 19 having tested positive.

At the weekend, the Government announced that up to 4,000 prisoners would be released early to free up space in jails so inmates could be held in single cells to reduce the spread of the infection.

More dead prisoners/convicts the better. Virus needs to clean sweep the prisons.
