Find 'em, fuck 'em (one way or another), and flee funster Peter Tobin is likely to get a timely publicity boost as his health continues to crumble. He's clearly a big part of the reason the death of Jessie Earl is being re-examined.

Oh aye, and...

Was reading about the Lambeth Slavery case today, as you do.

So far as I can tell the main instigator - jailed for imprisonment, sexual  assault and generally being a complete twat is still with us. Comrade Bala will be around 81, he'll be around 98 if he survives his complete sentence.

The amazing thing being  some  of those he dominated will  likely show up to his funeral and be in pieces at the thought of losing him.

Also, world's longest-serving ever prisoner Francis Clifford Smith got to 97 this month. He's been behind bars for 71 years and 101 days.

Francis Clifford Smith is no longer in prison but now under supervised parole in a care home, which, maybe, is just another kind of prison:

Honestly how would you be able to deal with the outside world anyway after 70+ years of being told what to do and when to do it on a day to day basis and surrounded by new technology that you don't understand.

Peter Tobin now getting round-the-clock care, split between nursing care and the hospital.

Good news only sullied by the thought that as a purist where these things are concerned I couldn't bring myself to field him for my Kiddy Fiddler Harriers them team. Here's hoping he lives long enough to give D L Cup service to the lucky managers of this month.

Austrian dungeon master Joseph Fritzl is being moved from a special security prison to a normal one because he is no longer considered being a danger to others:

He's also changed his name, as if that helped.

Anthony Smith recently suffered an involuntary parting with a dozen teeth, clearly not someone who enjoys the cushiest of lives at Her Majesty's pleasure. Chances of immenent death probs negligable, though - frankly - such treatment might push someone over the edge.

DDP pick Irish mobster Cornelius Price is making minimal progress from his coma. He can basically only open and close his eyes, so he is out of the coma but apparently extremely mentally challenged:

Now described as gravely ill, though I guess they don't expect him to die immediately, yet.

The irredemable twat is on my DL Cup team and conspicuously absent from DDP's mob who are already 9-0 up on me. I find the thought of Tobin having more than three weeks left profoundly depressing.

Oh aye, and I posted re Jessie Earl when they called the inquest. Obviously, we live in a land where justice is paramount and pre-judging anything is bad form. But if I were betting on her killer I'll take Tobin and happily offer up the rest of the human race to anyone who'll wager a tenner.

Well, he certainly killed others. His earliest murder he was convicted of was, in the words of folk who worked on it, far too professional ie by an experienced killer. Many Glaswegians are convinced Tobin was actually Bible John. One of John's victim's happened to live on the same street as Peter Tobin at the time, either that's really bad luck in terms of meeting serial killers, or there's a link. I concur that from what they've told the public about the Jessie Earl case that Tobin does sound a likely candidate. Thing is, like Brady, he's going to die without us knowing all of his victims because he gets off on the misery.

He'll be dead sooner than later, and not a moment too soon.

Yeah, but the pressing question is whether "sooner" occurs in May - I'm taking a DL Cup tanking here!

After a nearly eight-year hiatus in the state’s use of the death penalty, Clarence Dixon, 66, died by lethal injection at the state prison in Florence for his murder conviction in the killing of 21-year-old Arizona State University student Deana Bowdoin, making him the sixth person to be executed in the U.S. in 2022.
