The doctor inspired one of the characters in The League of Gentlemen. At the end of the night as all the staff gathered for a drink, she sat on a low barstool, adopted a posture which would now be called manspreading and proclaimed "I'm fucking knackered". He was arrogant beyond belief and, basically, tried to hold her to ransom by threatening to veto her surgery if she did not do things the way he wanted them done.
