Ideas And Possibilities For 2011

Recommended Posts

Might be worth keeping an eye on anyone who shagged German singer Nadja Benaissa. Member of a band called No Angels, she's been spreading her own brand of - ahem - POSITIVE vibes recently.

No Angels were rubbish at Eurovision...

Betty White - last surviving Golden Girl at 88. Spritely, I admit, but she isn't looking too hot...

How about Norman Tebbit? He looks half dead already.

That would be ironic if republican terrorists finished the job!

That would a similar case to the one of the bullet that eventually found it's mark! All joking aside, I sincerely hope that there will not be a terrorist attack on the Tory conference, those murdering b*****ds spent long enough committing atrocities and severely damaging the reputation of Irish people in the process!

This is a very sad one for me, Danny Amis aka Daddy O Grande of Los Straitjackets has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma.

He is currently awaiting his biopsy results to determine the course of treatment.

I am in the process of organising a benefit gig to help alleviate some of his medical bill troubles.

Danny's biopsy results reveal that his cancer is at stage 3. He plans to start chemo within the next week.

Plans for a benefit gig have been put on hold at the moment, until the cost of his treatment is calculated.

Latest update is that Danny is responding well to treatment.

On a similar note, or maybe chord, Dick Dale signed off on his last gig a couple of nights ago.

Never heard of them - don't think he will make much impact on deadpools that need obits.

but then this other story was interesting:

The District Court for Gdynia has dismissed the investigation against Behemoth frontman Adam Darski (pseudonym/nickname Nergal) accused of an offence against religious feelings (sec. 196 of polish Criminal Code). The case was filed against Darski after a tore up a bible on stage at a Behemoth concert in September 2007.

During the preparatory proceedings the defender filled the application, which was entirely accepted by the Court. The defendant’s behaviour wasn’t recognised as a crime. Moreover the Court acknowledged no causal connection/cause-and-effect relationship between Adam Darski’s behaviour and the consequence in a form of outrage of religious emotions.

Now you see, getting your knickers in a twist and the subsiquent stress of coming up before a court of law just may be a start point riser that leads to cancer!

I know that there's another thread for this now but Christopher Hitchens has to be a contender for next year's list - if he survives this year. http://inewp.com/?p=4516.

People with oesophageal cancer have a 3% chance of living 5 years and Mr Hitchens' has metastasised to his lymph nodes.

One of the few people that I will not say "Jolly good" of when he does pop off.

How about Martin Landau? He was old 16 years ago when he played Bela Lugosi in Ed Wood.

Christopher Plummer is on my list as well.

Martin Landau

Christopher Plummer

Tony Curtis

Roger Moore

Efrem Zimbalist Jr.

Don Rickles

Mel Brooks

Jimmy Carter

Polish death metal vocalist/guitarist Nergal from Behemoth is also suffering from advanced leukemia.

Hollywood superstar Michael Douglas should definitely be on next year's list. Some speculate he could die as early as this year, given his grim diagnosis of stage 4 throat cancer.

Right now, Douglas is the one major celebrity who's pretty much on every tabloid's death watch. For the past couple years, we had the likes of Patrick Swayze, Farrah Fawcett, and Dennis Hopper whom everybody in tabloid media was counting down to their deaths. Now...Douglas is the one.

Bloody disrespectful. But it's an easy one for next year should this "nut-job" really burn a copy of the Qur'an. Guess the hitman will leave it a few months, then when most people have forgotten - wamm!

And it's quite obvious where they need to go to find him. Remember the 9/11 hi-jackers trained in Florida.

As an aside Mrs Rotten was only half watching the news the other night and for some reason asked me "Who's saying they want to burn a Korean?".

Also we will have to hope these chaps are now expert at using the internet and don't mistake our Terry Jones of Monty Python fame. Heck, he and the rest on the team have copped enough flack for the Life of Brian down the years.

"He's not the Messiah, he's just a very naughty boy!!!"

Perhaps they can burn him at a stake fueled by Bibles.

I was watching 'Little People, Big World' on TLC (The Learning Channel) the other day... Apparently the father/husband of the starring family has been advised he has a few months left to live because of his dwarfism according to his doctor. His name is Matthew Roloff. He could be the Captain Phil Harris of 2011.
