Not a chef per se, but TV producer Patricia Lllewellyn, who discovered Jamie Oliver and the Two Fat Ladies, as well as producing Masterchef both sides of the Atlantic and various Gordon Ramsey shows, dead at 55.

I watched her Christmas stuff when the BBC put it up on Iplayer in December. She was so wonderfully severe! :D

 

Also, born saleswoman - never missed an opportunity to flog her Christmas cook book within.
