At David Frost memorial service last week most people looked well.

The only person who I thought might be worth keeping an eye on was Andrew Neil.

He looked well rough.

Oh dear. Poor thing. Your post makes me think of a great Dead Ringers quote....

"You're watching The Daily Politics. Yes, you've lost the remote again haven't you?"

Former Melody Maker journalist David Jennings has died at the age of 54. His place in history is mainly due to a dismissive 1992 review of the French group Darlin', describe them as a "daft punky thrash". Members of Darlin' later used that name for an electronica act they formed.

Really sad news about Dave Jennings. He used to share a flat with a mate of mine in London (I remember meeting him the night of the infamous L7 'The Word' performance) and I was chatting with him on Facebook only a few weeks ago.

Middle East expert. That must require a hell of a mind.

Is George Alagiah suffering from anything? I saw 6 O'Clock news on BBC last night and thought he looked terrible. I can find nothing on the web to suggest he is but if not why does he look so bad?

Called it...

I might enter him in a DDP theme team I'm planning next year which will contain really overrated people. And I will probably call it "Really Overrated People".

Maryland television station has been evacuated after a possible armed suspect rammed a vehicle into the building.A reporter from WMAR-TV in Baltimore tweeted that he saw a man behind the wheel of a truck ram the station's entrance at least three times before the vehicle smashed into the lobby.

Brian Kuebler wrote that the man was screaming "let me in" and "said he was God".

Potential..........

''said he was God'' :D :D
