Honestly never imagined he was that old.

 

I knew but that's because his reason for leaving Newsnight in 2014 was that as he was pushing 65 he wanted to reduce his workload.

 

I think he genuinely enjoys doing University Challenge, but other than that he picks and chooses limited stuff to do now.

 

The only way you can really tell he's aging so far is that his hair is getting whiter.
