Nope. Guardian obits is the opposite. Literally dozens of them do obituaries. Each of their obit writers specialises in a certain field and writes elsewhere for the publication (i.e. they don't just write obituaries all day).

In which case it feels an odd area to cutback on when Obituary’s tend to do well on social media and bringing in clicks.

Jeez, not only did I just tell you but you are looking at correct plurals and still get it wrong.  :banghead:

Former Look North presenter Harry Gration has died.

Shocking news. Proper Yorkshire legend. Him and Judith Stamper were the news double act to beat all news teams. RIP.

At times, her overrepresentation in the media was almost annoying, but what she ultimately achieved deserves every respect. I think she ended up having the time of her life and experienced an incredible number of special things. RIP Dame Bowelbabe.

A dying well lived but I’m sure she would rather have frittered away another 30 years like the rest of us.

RIP.

It will probably mean nothing to the vast majority and its journals, rather than journalists...

Saturday Evening Sports results papers, 1882-2022, RIP (Pink 'un, green 'un etc).

Martin Bell just showed up on Talking Pictures for the UNICEF Ukraine appeal. His voice isn't what was, but though ill looking he looked better than he did a year ago. Thinking he may have been recovering from an illness rather than dying. Famous last words, I know.
