8 of them now with Marty Allen gone. Although, tbf, it was a list of 99 names AND most of them were ancient. Wouldn't be surprised if half of them were gone by 2021 just on law of averages.

Marty Allen, another one who was in hospice care.  Who knew -- not search engines that's for sure.  Don't these people publicize these things?  They all have 'publicists' what is their job, to collect a paycheck?  Fuckers.

Some actor/comedian named John Monteith, one of the improv comedy duo "Monteith and Rand", which he formed in 1976 with Suzanne Rand (Eckmann), died on January 16, 2018.

Rand's FB page confirms.

Neil Shand, Spike Milligan's co-writer on and also a major contributor to the Two Ronnies is dead according to the current BBC radio news bulletins. Was also married to first-ever Who Wants to Be A Millionaire winner and future Egghead Judith Keppel.

Funnily enough in the last day had been discussing Love Thy Neighbour v Alf Garnett re how they are remembered.

 

And a Milligan vid was posted.

Seeing as how Wolfe got a Guardian obit, I think Chesney should get one in near time. I think I'm aware of who Chesney is unless I'm getting him confused with Kenny Chesney :D

Actor and stand-up comedian Ken Jeong proved that his medical degree is no farce.  He was performing at a comedy club in Phoenix over the weekend when a woman in the audience began having a seizure.

Jeong stopped his show and tended to the woman, along with an EMT, until paramedics arrived. She was taken to a hospital.
