A very beautiful actress of the 1950ies.

Now Liselotte Pulver, Nadja Tiller & Hardy Krüger are the only ones still alive, I think.

There are several others still alive, I guess.

But the problem for them is getting a qo.

Blacky Fuchsberger didn't get a qo in 2014, even if he was a big star in Germany, staring in various Edgar Wallace movies and hosted various legendary TV shows.

It seems to me like the English press is ignoring Germans (related to qo). Latest examples are writer Gudrun Pausewang and politician Manfred Stolpe.

I'm really upset about it, still.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but found out in my Wikipedia travels that the activist, politician and minister Rev Jesse Jackson got diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2017. He is 78 and so could be one to watch.

A duo of ailing Iranians for your consideration:

Singer Mohammed-Reza Shajarian has recently publicized his battle with kidney cancer, which he apparently was first diagnosed with fifteen years ago.

Filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami is in hospital, recovering from cancer surgery.

Some rumours on Twitter that Shajarian was dead - his son has denied them.

But, I don't think he has long judging by this pic Tweet.

Legendary greek actor Kostas Voutsas dead at 88 of a lung infection:

Well, as my Cup team is dying away bit by bit, I may have to pick that Iranian deputy health secretary who has the corona virus.

I asked Joey yesterday if he was famous enough before his illness to be a valid pick - he never replied so my final picks remain 'flu'id.

Wrong Balbir Singh, obviously. This guy was only 77 and one of the three Balbir Singhs on 1968 Olympics field hockey team.

Balbir Singh Sr., the legend of Indian hockey, is well as he was interviewed a few days ago. Try again, better luck.

For the record, the deceased Balbir Singh is my DDP pick ;)

Natural-looking French actress and director Tonie Marshall has died at age 68.

https://www.tellerreport.com/life/2020-03-12---france--actress-and-director-tonie-marshall-is-dead-.HJgK-uRvSU.html

Marshall is the only woman who has ever won the César French film award in the Best Director category. She received the award in 2000 for the dramatic comedy Venus Beaty Institute with Audrey Tautou and Nathalie Baye. The plant was also recognized as the best film.

She was also the daughter of French actress Micheline Presle (still alive at 97) and American actor and director William Marshall.

Please don't confuse it with German Schlager singer Tony Marshall :D
