The Dead Of 2012

Debated whether to put this in "The Welsh" or "British Character Actors" or "some other crap" but to keep it simple - Angharad Rees is dead.

Reading the article reminds me of how badly she and her family have suffered tragedy wise, which is probably why she kept her cancer secret.

WOW!

I had wondered where she'd disappeared to. They showed a clip of "Hands of The Ripper" on some crap documentary that I was watching on Jack The Ripper. It was so crap, that I fell asleep wondering "whatever happened to Angharad Rees?" then when I woke up, I completely forgot about her.

Simon Ward, the actor, has dies following a long illness

I had no idea he was ill. Such a shame, he's been in a fair number of movies and tv shows and the only thing I've ever watched him in was Deadly Strangers with Haley Mills.

:( :( :( :( :( Actress Lupe Ontiveros is dead of liver cancer at age 69. Always remembered her role as Yolanda Saldivar in the Selena movie. She also played the maid in The Goonies but I only saw the first ten minutes of that just recently.

She played the maid in pretty much every single TV show of the past 50 years.

The veteran actor R.G Armstrong has died at 95 http://en.wikipedia....R._G._Armstrong

I'll wait until a more legit source, other than wiki reports his death, before I cross him off as #7 on my list.

I read his The First World War. Not quite bedside reading, yet I read it with great interest.

WWI isn't the Great War in my country (WWII is), we were neutral then, and consequently no general history is written in Dutch about it.

regards,

Hein
