His career was notable enough on its own that he would have managed a newswire QO even if his name wasn't Harry Connick, although I doubt he would have been picked in the DDP.

He was actually picked in the DDP by some weird ass theme team. And no I’m not kidding when I say the theme team was weird
tracy 1,828 Posted January 26 Yeah, I know he was picked, I guess I should have said "without his son" at the end. (While I like a good dick joke here and there, he's probably the most forced pick on that team. Is it just that his name is Harry? As a whole it doesn't really sound phallic IMO.) Glad to see that was remedied

arghton 6,043 Posted January 31 Isn't this also the thread user for cops? Finnish "hero cop", footballer and media personality Heidi Foxell in ICU with infection and has undergone 4 surgeries in the last weeks. Quite a tragic story, at 24 she was seriously wounded during the Hyvinkää shooting (shot in the stomach with a moose hunting rifle, more information on that Wikipedia page) in 2012 and was hospitalised for three years, underwent around 100-150 surgeries. During her last year of hospitalisation a medical error happened during a surgery, causing her a permanent spinal cord injury and lung damage. That apparently wasn't unlucky enough and in 2016 she was diagnosed with leukemia while also suffering recurring sepsis due to her stomach wound not healing. Then she was diagnosed with an ovarian tumor and later an ovarian cyst. Only 35, hopefully she'll survive this too. 1
