Deathray 2,940 Posted December 1, 2018 As pool hosts all over the forum grapple with late-year deaths they have a particular effect in this pool of course; The 300pter club includes Devin Lima, Jean Barker, Stan Lee and George H.W Bush among it's ranks resulting in big shifts this year. @msc No longer has just share the most hits record with @Grim Up North, edging him out by 1 with an astonishing 16 hits, instills hope that mega-bonus for full team might get an outing one year. @Sir Creep also steals my record for highest scoring hit with a WildCard on Bush netting him a staggering 666 points - however not enough to take him in the lead. It seems Prophet really does have God on his side, maintaining his lead by a whisker. But as we all know one death can blow this to smithereens in December: Prophet 2020pts [10/25 189 (P. Deathray 2,940 Posted December 1, 2018 Oh and because I was bored I worked out what the actual maximum number of points you could get in this pool is; (365 + 250) x 19 = 11685 (365 + 365 + 250) = 980 and then your 500 bonus for the entire team dying. giving a maximum possible score of 13,165. Now this is entirely useless as if anyone ever scores that I'll eat my hat (made of chocolate just to be on the safe side). Especially as it can only be achieved once every 4 years.

Now to work out who the fuck you got them from and reallocate accordingly.
Deathray 2,940 Posted December 2, 2018 Yup I'd given you a rather large bonus at the expense of the_enginner who rockets to 1783 pts. Why do I get the feeling I've done this to the engineer before... it's not personal, honest...

Thanks for the entry, has been added to the list. I can also confirm the datedif based logging system for next year is fully functioning! Yay. No more staring down the notepad with a calculator in one hand a my phone to google deaths dates in my other hand screaming! And hopefully no more stupid errors like the ones above.

My first glance appears to suggest he's okay on that score, a new name for my Corrie theme team out of it.
msc 18,476 Posted December 2, 2018 Oh yeah they were all in Who, no worries. Amusingly one of the folks relatives is on my shortlist for entirely unrelated health issues. Jan 2nd?
