TomTomTelekom 3,728 Posted October 1, 2018 I have just heard about that sad thing. Charles Aznavour died at 94. Great singer and charismatic man. RIP!
Redrumours 861 Posted October 1, 2018 With his death and Geoffrey Hayes', there is a very strange link. In the 1970 film The Games, Michael Crawford play's a character called Harry Hayes. Aznavour strangely plays a Czech competitor. All we need now is a rainbow over the Eiffel Tower today. Also Crawfords on my list next year.
Sean 6,337 Posted October 1, 2018 I would have said he was one of the least likely to go on this years list as he was still looking and sounding sharp. But at 94 it doesn`t take much too finish you off.

Crikey. He looks pretty good here.Certainly doesn`t look like he would die 2 days later.Must have been a heart attack stroke or some sort of accident.

Death Impends 8,005 Posted October 1, 2018 Felt like the type who would go on for years yet, but given how many healthy nonagenarians the Committee picked this year, I suppose statistics reckoned at least one of them would go. Sad loss, but 94's a grand age and he seemed to be making the most of life right up until the end.
