National Rail  enquiries has changed its website to greyscale "as a mark of respect to Prince Phillip" (sic). People are pointing out that not only is this the emptiest of gestures but also likely contravenes 2018 Accessibility legislation.

IKEA is shite dorm room furniture, so I hope you’re not so crass as to own any.
Sorry for the aside: This is a brilliant video for anyone who has worked retail, IKEA or otherwise.

Heard about this from some friends and dug something about it on the internet.

Some kid, 18-19 years old (born 2001) ran over a man last September

https://www.is.fi/tampereen-seutu/art-2000007929092.html

No license, had smoked weed and taken Rivatrils before driving his dad's BMW.

Didn't feel any shame at all, sent his friend a text message mocking the man he had killed with laughing emojis.

The man he had killed was in his 30s, had children, a wife and living parents.

Well, his name was released in the news a couple of months ago and there had been lots of news about him during the last three days. Didn't get to start his prison sentence as yesterday (20th April) someone took the law into their own hands and killed the kid:

Accoring to rumors, it was his grandfather's wife (aged around 20-40) who stabbed the kid to death.

It’s one thing to leave fingerprints at a crime scene; altogether another to leave a finger.

Authorities in Arizona have arrested a man who police believe severed his finger while slashing his neighbor’s car tires after an argument.

There is (or at least was) a parliament deadpool with a lot of participants. I knew someone who was a member of it a decade ago and apparently there was much frustration everyone involved had completely missed the "Gerry Rafferty gravely ill" news.

Anyone else remember a 'band' caled St Cecilia having a hit called 'Leap up and down and wave your knickers in the air' about 50 years ago? As an 8 year old I thought this song was hilarious.

I remember the song, but not the artist.
